“This well-outfitted historic home made a fine MTB base camp for our group of 6. Everyone had a comfortable bed and plenty of room indoors and out for meals, relaxing and working on bikes. We enjoyed being out of the rental enclaves in a leafy small-town neighborhood and took advantage of the restaurants and bike shop a short walk from the house. A decent grocery is just a few minutes drive. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This was our last stop in a week-long trip to several UT National Parks. It is close to Zion yet in a very quiet neighborhood. As we wrapped up our adventures in Zion, we appreciated the pool at the end of the day as well as the closeness of a grocery store, and River Rock Roasting (a must stop for treats and coffee)! “This house was exactly as expected and perfect for us. My husband and I stayed here while visiting Zion NP for a few days. The house was clean and had plenty of space. We cooked all of our breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen was well stocked with basics. The outside area was nice to sit and eat and just hang out. “The patio was my favorite part of this place. Very cute and shaded in the afternoon, which was amazing since it was still 100° at 6:00 PM. The house didn’t have the best instructions other than checkout instructions.It took us hours to realize there was central AC (the house was set to 84° when we arrived). The house is listed as a 3 BEDROOM, but it’s only a 2 BEDROOM, with a pullout couch in the living room. Linens for the couch were found but the label was not obvious. It was very……

“Well appointed and very quiet location. Loved the outdoor patio and fireplace but did not like the bright daylight bulbs everywhere. Nice parking under the unit. Some things did not work, like the ice maker and the lock on a bedroom door. In all, very good experience and would stay again.”
