“The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. It's advertised as lake view but that wasn't the case for us. Maybe it's the time of the year but the tress were so over grown they blocked the view of the lake which is across the street a block away. Overall we enjoyed our stay. ”

The house was perfect for our group of 8 and remote enough that we got a great bang for our buck while still being able to get a bus for the bourbon trail. Plenty of room for people to sleep and the game room was really cool. The Captain’s quarters (master bedroom) was amazing! I’d definitely stay again. ”

The surrounding grounds are meticulously cared for and offer a peaceful, beautiful base for a Kentucky Bourbon Trail trip. We were 11 long-time friends (five couples and one single) gathering in Kentucky for three days. The home and carriage house provided ample room for sleeping, cooking and socializing.
