“This house was an amazing surprise. Nicest neighborhood in Richmond that we never knew existed. The house is completely new on the inside and only minutes from the EKU campus. Only regret is that we wish we knew about this house before so we could have stayed there many more times. ”

“The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. It's advertised as lake view but that wasn't the case for us. Maybe it's the time of the year but the tress were so over grown they blocked the view of the lake which is across the street a block away. Overall we enjoyed our stay. ”

“Did not receive check in instructions, door code, WiFi code. Property owner arrived at property to let me in after an hour. House and bed was nice. I think the listing need to be updated to reflect that different rooms of the house are being rented by different parties. “I came in for an evening with my dog for a family members wedding. Mike was very friendly and responsive at my time. It’s a very beautiful piece of property. Additionally the rental area has everything you would need. You can tell that the effort is put in to be as helpful and accommodating for the stay. “Absolutely adorable little cabin nestled directly on the waters edge. A minutes walk from the boat ramp and dock. Very homey feeling, nothing fancy, but more than enough to enjoy a weekend away with the family. It’s close to Shakertown village, and only 45 minutes from Lexington.
