“This was a nice, comfortable home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. “From check in to check out everything was seamless and easy. We had everything we needed for our trip from a well stocked kitchen to towels for the pool, even a dollhouse with dolls! “The home lives up to the ad. Very comfortable, nicely accommodating to infants and entertaining family and friends. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and appliances. There was a problem at check-in that was swiftly resolved by the host. The location is an older neighborhood but we always felt safe. Overall, a great place to stay.”

“Beautiful home with lots of room, though we spent most of our time in the pool. Game rooms gave the kids plenty to do. Bedrooms were comfortable...neighborhood was safe and very walkable. Owners were extremely responsive, usually within 5 minutes. We highly recommend this place for families or groups visiting Dallas.”

“We had a great stay for SMU graduation ceremonies. The property was only 7-8 miles from campus (20 min drive). All of the amenities were as described. We loved the pool, the hot tub and the games inside. There were plenty of sleeping options with the 4 bedrooms. The host has a nice coffee bar set up with lots of Keurig choices. The kitchen is well stocked as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, hence the warnings about the quiet hours. It was not an issue for our group. We would definitely stay……

“Me and the girls came to Dallas for a one night trip for a concert. Loved that this place was so close to Dos Equis Pavillion and Deep Ellum. House was clean, smelled nice and held true to the pictures. Hot water came quick and didn’t run out for the four of us(if that’s a big deal for you haha). Host was very friendly and quick to respond. Thank you for this stay!”

"The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."

"The environment is very quiet, dining is very convenient, and special dining seats are prepared for infants and young children. Very thoughtful service. There is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, which can heat milk for infants and young children."
