“Wonderful location just 45 minutes from Reykjavic. It is certainly out in the countryside, but it was nice and quiet. 20 mins to a grocery store and the kitchen was equipped enough for our breakfasts we made at home before heading out for the day. Very clean, and the hot tub was great. No issues whatsoever. ”

“4/5 Cleanliness - Generally very clean and tidy, but some of the cookwares had leftovers.
3/5 Communication - Contactless throughout, emails from the guesthouse provided all necessary info before you checked in. Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay.

“So so glad I decided to pick this hostel for my trip. Despite having booked the cheapest rooms from one of the cheapest hostels, the room was private, clean, quiet, and even had its own bathroom.
