“The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. ”

“A bit cumbersome to get the keys, so in had to get in touch with the support. Glad their emergency line was manned at the late hour, otherwise it’s be difficult to find my way in. Please note that their automated menu is in Swedish, and this is where you have to choose to be connected to the emergency line. I had not received a code to get in through the main entrance, and there were no instructions on where to find the apartment (there are some ground floor apartments outside of the main……

“We had a Hypernym suite with breakfast included. Nicely designed and comfortable room and bathroom with living/dining area. Fridge, kettle, toaster and oven included. There was even a washer/dryer which is helpful if you're staying for a few days. The only thing I would recommend is to bring an eye mask in the summer if you are sensitive to light, as the thin curtain in the sitting area lets in a lot of light to the sleeping area, which is separated by a glass screen. ”
