“This property is very charming. I say this because it is like you are literally renting an apartment. It is not fancy but you do have your own room and bathroom. The rooms are all smoking so you smell smoke. The attendants only speak Korean, but are very nice. The rooms all fairly clean, but there is no attention to details(especially anywhere besides the toilet seat on the toilet). Each floor has a community microwave and each room has a mini fridge. You do receive water and juice daily which……

“The hotel locates at only 5-minutes walking distance from Balsan station. It is modern hotel but the lighting was just too dark. There was a motion sensor in the bathroom, so the light would turn itself off when I was in the middle of a shower. The A/C inside the room was pretty loud, and the blinds for the room had a gap so light could come through in the morning. The neighbourhood is very pleasant, no lack of eateries nearby. So I would suggest to take breakfast nearby instead. The quality……

“Staffs are awesome. We put on do not disturb several time during the stay. And they called and checked on what we need for the day and delivered by doorsteps. Plus the business center is an easy access at floor 4th. But only one computer available, several seats for notebook users though. 10/10. It’s just off the metro. And two stops away from 弘大 by air rail”

“The metro station is in front of the hotel. Spacious and well-designed room. The toilet and shower room are separated. The only and biggest problem was bad soundproofing. We could hear the noise of the shower room's door sliding from the next room and heavy footsteps from upstairs. The noise from upstairs woke me up at midnight for four consecutive nights since I checked in, so I asked a front desk lady to remind the guest upstairs. However, she was unwilling to do so. She wanted me to call……
