“Have not stayed here for several years. It has improved a lot since our last visit! Excellent reception employees. Hotel is now surrounded with a well designed and pleasant looking security fence. New paint. The hallway has new carpet and light fixtures which much improves the ambiance. Although these rooms are not fancy, nor do they have carpeting, they have freshened up the decor and they are clean. Excellent value for the cost as well. “We had a great stay. It’s a unique experience in a historical hotel. It felt like we stepped back in time in a really good way. We loved that we could walk around town to all of the cool shops and restaurants. There was a farmers market right out the front door on Saturday morning and it was beautiful.
