“Lovely home with spacious rooms and big pool/backyard! Bring your own board games and cooking supplies. Board games aren’t super kid friendly and we love to cook so not having a good blender and coffee brewer made us rate the house a 4 star! ”

“Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was mostly a peaceful and relaxing time. Pros The place is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The river is steps away! The house was clean & has everything you need. Looks just like the pictures. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Cons The yard was overgrown and unkept. Our dogs got covered in thousands (I mean thousands!!!) of stickers, burrs and fox tails. It took us hours to get them all out. There is also poison oak growing in the……

“It should have disclosed as an airbnb. Obviously there was no instruction at all for gaining access to the property. Without the two very helpful neighbors, for certain, we were out in the cold.”

“House is as the pictures. Hot Tub was clean and the pool was just opened. It came up to temperature during the stay. House has plenty of room for the four of us. We did not have any children but the bunk beds would work easily for several. Overall the area is quiet and relatively noise free.”

In range for coast and redwoods day trips, plenty of options in the area to swim, hike, fish, float, etc. The kitchen has plenty of dishes for cooking a proper meal when you bring back goodies from the coast. Don't miss the abundant blackberries in the area if you are visiting in summer.”
