“Fantastic property! Pool was amazing! Rained almost everyday but it didn’t matter! Game room and hot tub were great too. I can’t say enough good things!Host was readily available for all questions.Only thing I’d change is the bbq, little dated, but it worked!Great time and we will definitely rent here again!”

“The house was lovely and for the most part we enjoyed our 1st stay in Weaverville. We came for a Celebration of Life of an old family friend in Lewiston and so the location was perfect. Check-in and out was keyless and so it was very easy to let ourselves in and out. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner’s mother who had been helping prepare the rental for our stay; very nice lady. We had a few issues with the internet and TV, but we had our own devices, and made do. The only real issue we……

“I wish I could say I had a wonderful weekend enjoying the Trinity River; unfortunately, that is simply not the case. On June 17, twelve days before our trip, I went in for a routine OB appointment to find I was in labor at 27 weeks pregnant. As a Eureka local, I was immediately life flighted to UCSF where I remained the relate of pregnancy. I tried to reach out to Vacasa, the host of the property, and explain the situation to no avail. Many of the responses received were automated and impersonal……

“The house was beautiful, with no surprises. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The house is away from most everything, however the neighbors on both sides are very close. One neighbor has quite the menagerie of animals, such as chickens, a rooster, ducks and a turkey, however we never heard them once we were inside. The river was actually across the lane but you were still right on the river. We were there in mid April during some very warm weather so the powers that be……

“Booked this last minute as the Klamath river wasn’t fishing. Have to say it ticked all the boxes. Lots of room inside to spread out and relax. The deck in the back is large and overlooks the river. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Plenty of room in the driveway to fit our truck and raft, could easily get two boats in there. The cabin has a 60’s/70’s feel, but is equipped with newer appliances. Plenty of dishes and cookware for your needs. There is no cell service here however their……

“All we can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! This place is indeed a paradise. The pool is sparkling, the grass green and lush, the landscaping out of this world. A peaceful outdoor, gazebo for reading and/or napping. The hot tub was perfect for achy muscles and getting rid of work stress. The kitchen is beautifully supplied, all the bedrooms have comfortable beds, nice linens and large screen TVs. We hung out in the living room on the comfy sofa with the kids. The adult "kids" played on the game table.……

“This property is magical. The pool surrounded by mountain and ranch scenery can not be beat. Fruit trees! The kitchen has everything, the bedrooms are all adorable. Plenty of space. Had the best Bachelorette party.”

“Perfect weather, perfect location. We live in Eureka, so it was a great place for a mama's weekend away. We loved the deck and pool. The kitchen was lovely. It was so relaxing and just what we needed!”
