“Our wifi got cut-off at 22h00,tried using the phone it didn't go through.Called directly to reception and they said someone is coming to fix until morning came. I was disappointed. ”

“Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff and very good food. There are 2 restaurants, both good but suggest doing advance booking for the Pot Luck Club restaurant, it is very good. Hotel is in safe area, can walk down to Melrose Arch through park, no problem.”
