“Everything was wonderful! The staff was especially amazing from valet to check in to bar service, everyone was very friendly and did an exceptional job! We will definitely be back!”

“First of all I booked this hotel in Sept for a stay in Dec and it was 10 of us that were supposed to stay… I called and called to make sure everything was good with the reservation and No one answers, I finally get down to the morning of my stay bcus I hadn’t received any instructions on how to enter the property and called some more no answer so I reach out to hotels. com to let them know and they said they would call then all of a sudden I receive a text message that says I’m sorry I missed……

“住宿环境一切都很好，唯一不满意的是，我居住了四天，可是没有获得客房服务，我打电话给前台说明了需要客房服务，可是还是没有获得、所以我住了四天，没有获得更换房间里的毛巾以及一些洗簌用品”

“It was awesome we did the water taxis and the trolley right out of the front door just a little walk across the street. Although it was raining on our first night we had a great time in the downstairs bar with a great musician playing. Recommend the charcuterie board and cocktails. Next day was water day and evening trolley. Great time Service was incredible all staff was friendly and accommodating ”

“We were supposed to check in by 3 PM, but when we showed up at 5 PM the cleaners of the house were still there and we had to wait and sit and wait in the driveway until 6 PM until they were finished cleaning. The house smelled like smoke and marijuana and wasn’t the cleanest. ”
