“I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this……

“My daughter and I enjoyed a long weekend here to visit my son at University of Tampa. The unit was sparkling clean, smelled fresh, and was exactly as pictured with fun but simple beach decor and bright colors. I loved the wooden blinds so we could adjust the amount of light coming in, and the mattress was comfortable with high quality sheets and towels. Liz was great to communicate with me before, during, and after our stay. The clawfoot tub is so special, and the water pressure and shower head……

“Absolutely better than the photos! Excellent location within walking distance to both Howard Avenue and Hyde Park, but set far enough in a very cute neighborhood. Owner/Host Michelle was very attentive to answering any questions or needs of ours. We even stayed for Christmas and there were many holiday touches throughout. Backyard is absolutely amazing!! Super cute historic bungalow with many charming features. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook and prep food. Will definitely book again on……
