“Great location close to Main Street. Everything was as expected with only issues being under filled hot tub with waterlogged cover and a charcoal grill that had seen its better days to say the least. I am sure these are on the shortlist for replacement and will add to the enjoyment ”

“The property is perfect with the refreshing pool, deck for sipping coffee, friendly horses nearby, and the surrounding natural views of Texas Hill country. The place is quiet and peaceful and yet only 7 minutes to Johnson City. The owner, Tami, is very friendly and has stocked the house better than most VRBOs with plenty of coffee, paper products, kitchen/bathroom/laundry supplies, towels, pool toys, etc. We essentially didn’t need a thing and loved our week long trip. ”

“The home was more than comfortable for a family of 4 and perfectly situated with no neighbors to the rear and on one side….which was occupied by deer in mornings. Being only 5 minutes from central Fredricksburg was a plus. Other than a few wasp nests on the back patio…and no spatula (we noticed AFTER making pancakes, but we survived!!)….the home was well kept, clean, and in a perfect location. We WOULD definitely stay here again!!”

“Although the house is not old, it is decorated with so many vintage things that must have been full of memories to the people who once lived there. We loved the spacious accommodation, the plentiful crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, and the screened back porch. Sitting out there we watched regular grazing deer, a passing jackrabbit and lots of birds. The humming birds are a delight and explained the theme of many items within the house. We found the location handy for visiting places in every……
