“We came to Fredericksburg for our 1 year wedding anniversary and this location was perfect for us. Property is located just outside of town and right down the road from Das Peach Haus. The neighborhood was quiet and we got to see a bunch of wildlife while we were in the hot tub. Overall a great place and we will definitely be back.”

“My 10yo son, our pup, and I had such a wonderful time here! Such a charming ranch home to spend a relaxing time in. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need - the best I’ve ever encountered during vacation rental stays. There is a crate, bed, toys, water and food bowls for dogs. The pool, hot tub, hammock, swing, and rocking chairs are all well maintained and such fantastic perks to staying here. We are also grateful for the ranch kitty overlords and appreciate that they let us pet……

The appliances were top-notch, adding a touch of luxury to our experience. The bathrooms were absolutely amazing, offering a spa-like atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downfall was the limited hand soap in the bathrooms. I found the small soap on day two, but I would recommend having liquid hand soap in the bathroom. Highly……

It very comfortably slept my family and provided enough room to walk away if someone needed quiet time to themselves. We enjoyed the outside amenities too. The hot tub, fire-pit and outside games kept us entertained all evening. Loved this property and plan to visit again soon! ”
