“My husband and I stayed for two nights to celebrate his 50th in Fredericksburg. It is a wonderful house, thoughtfully decorated with a comfortable bed. Loved the fenced in backyard for our dogs and the hot tub was nice in the evenings. Would definitely stay again. ”

“This location made for a wonderful weekend escape. I stayed in a room conveniently situated next to the pool. The place is quiet and peaceful and yet only 7 minutes to Johnson City. The owner, Tami, is very friendly and has stocked the house better than most VRBOs with plenty of coffee, paper products, kitchen/bathroom/laundry supplies, towels, pool toys, etc. We essentially didn’t need a thing and loved our week long trip. ”

“The home was more than comfortable for a family of 4 and perfectly situated with no neighbors to the rear and on one side….which was occupied by deer in mornings. Being only 5 minutes from central Fredricksburg was a plus. Other than a few wasp nests on the back patio…and no spatula (we noticed AFTER making pancakes, but we survived!!)….the home was well kept, clean, and in a perfect location. We WOULD definitely stay here again!!”
