“The property is perfect with the refreshing pool, deck for sipping coffee, friendly horses nearby, and the surrounding natural views of Texas Hill country. The place is quiet and peaceful and yet only 7 minutes to Johnson City. The owner, Tami, is very friendly and has stocked the house better than most VRBOs with plenty of coffee, paper products, kitchen/bathroom/laundry supplies, towels, pool toys, etc. We essentially didn’t need a thing and loved our week long trip. ”

“Darling rambler with comfortable beds, updated kitchen, large dining room and wonderful pool! It was 95 and sunny during our stay so after hiking it was marvelous to have our own private pool to enjoy! Had trouble getting the hot tub heated in the evening when it cooled off. But that was the ONLY issue we had! 10/10 would stay there again!”

“Perfect location for visiting the wineries on 290. We liked being in Johnson City rather than Fredericksburg. Enjoyed sitting in the back yard in the evening. Inside is updated and had everything we needed. A very enjoyable stay! ”

“Seven older friends on our annual trip; the house was lovely, exactly as described. Backyard was nice, pool was great & well maintained. Slight miscommunication on the hot tub but were able to use after we texted with the manager. They did resolve the issue quickly. We are considering booking for next year but have to wait until their booking window opens for next summer. Great trip, met our needs perfectly. Beautiful old tree in the backyard! ”
