“Property is undergoing renovation and there is construction everywhere around it. The staff are wonderful. Without the ongoing construction this would be an amazing place to stay. Historic old building. We will give it another visit for sure once the construction is finished. We liked it enough that we will probably stay here again even if the construction is still going on ”

“I found 7 long hairs on my bed cover. The bed sheet was not changed.”

“The lift broke down and my two children were trapped in the lift, which fell from the third floor to the first floor. Without an engineer, a resident helped, asking the staff to get the keys and help restart the elevator. Until the elevator restarted, the elevator went up to the third floor to the first floor again, the elevator doors opened, and no engineers came to the hotel. My children were crying and shaking, and no one asked if we were ok or hurt. I went to the front desk and asked them……

“酒店下面就是一个广场，开阔便于散步小孩奔跑，去的时候正好碰到当地人的婚礼，非常赞。晚上步行可以到摩门广场，礼堂，灯光非常美，比白天更有魅力。”

“We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. ”

“The curtains in the room could not be drawn up. The lights outside were on at night, and the next day dawned very early. For people with sleep disorders, it was impossible to sleep! We informed the front desk manager that night, and he said someone would come to fix it. But he didn't come until midnight. We went downstairs again in the early morning to ask, and the front desk lied that the repairman had come, but now he was off work and couldn't fix it. We didn't sleep all night! The front desk……

“very interesting suite. Large space but super 80's interior decoration and ecectrical appliance. Bed quality also seem and sleep like 80s Concierge very friendly~”
