“Ich habe von ca 18 bis 19 h vor einem verschlossenen Tor gestanden. Das Hotel hat nicht einmal eine Eingangstür. Habe 20 x geklingelt. Es hat keiner geöffnet. Musste mir ein anderes Hotel suchen. “First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. As I arrived late night, the staff was very helpful to guide me how to get to the hotel through Whatsapp and she responded very quickly. She also helped me to call taxi when I check-out. Things we didn’t like so much: hotel felt so far away from everything. There is a tram and bus stop right there, including a train station. You have to get multiple trains to get into the centre. The tram was about 15-20 mins long. There was also a bus which frequently goes into the centre which is good but you definitely cannot walk all the way, it’s……
