“Convenient location. Nice property. Nice room. Clean. Did not take advantage of free breakfast. Looked at pool; seemed ok. No hot tub. Hot water a little quick to run out around 9am or so…typical, but unfortunate. Complimentary bottled waters at check-in. Asked for late check out the night before. Was told the latest they could extend was noon. Website and check-in itinerary listed it as noon. Desk person said, “no, it’s 11:00.” So I got my checkout extended until the time I expected anyway.……

“Was in an accessible room near an exit door with parking at hand...but no accessible parking spots and no accessible ramps from sidewalk to street.
Other than that wonderful stat and experience. Had left an item in room, called from airport and they retrieved the item and held it for family to pick up!”

It was really easy to get to and from the convention center (thanks for the Gen Con). The room was comfy and spotless (thanks for the memories).”
