“We had a great time during our stay. The weather reached 93 degrees, so it was quite hot. It was wonderful to return to a place with excellent air conditioning and a nice shower. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I do have two small notes to be mindful of. First, the apartment is located on the second floor, which I did not realize initially. “This property is located beside the canal with lots of dining options nearby. The canal is full of nightlife, but the apartment is very quiet. There is an elevator for easy access. Everyone is extremely helpful. Although you cannot normally drive directly to the door, in the morning you can drive into the walk beside the canal and unload baggage. Taxi can also take you to the front door to load or unload luggage in the morning when traffic is light.”

"The condition of the room and hotel is really bad. Looks like they haven't renovate or maintain it for the last 10 years. The carpet felt very dirty, even the floor beneath the carpet was broken, when you walk you felt a sudden depression hole underneath! This is really horrible condition."
