“Our stay at Ieno house was such a great experience. The staff was very polite and kind to explain about amenities and also there is an English manual on how to operate all the electronics. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this place. ”

“The design and deco of the hotel is top notch. Room is nicely decorated and thoughtfully design. The renovation done perfectly to maintain the heritage of the building at the same time creating a comfortable living space with the input of luxurious feeling and technology. However, the staff and service is not up to par with the hardware, especially when you’re not Japanese or caucasian. During check in, the front desk will direct you to a room and while other guest were being carefully explained……

“I had never seen a hotel with all 10/10 reviews before, so we stayed there to see for ourselves. It's no lie, the place was wonderful. The staff really make it special - they are lovely, friendly, helpful, engaging. We stayed there for a long stretch, and it was our favorite hotel in Japan by far. We were a family of four and opted to book two rooms. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the breakfasts and free drinks in the afternoon. We were able to do laundry in our rooms, too. We weren't sure……

“> 2024年10月中入住了兩晚Loft A及Loft B的房型。Loft A位於地面層 (1/F)，Loft B位於上一層(2/F)望向東本願寺。注意Loft A 房內有兩級樓梯上落，長者小孩要小心啲。 > 乾淨企理， 行品味路線，用靚野，廚房設備充足 ，十分滿意。 > 與酒店員工一般英語溝通無障礙，服務到位，而每次出入經過前台，員工都會馬上微笑望一望看看是否需要幫助，讚。 > 訂房後入住前有經Hotel.com電郵酒店，電郵回覆快速。 > 酒店附近有零星泊車位，四分鐘步程有個較大的停車場，方便自駕遊。可以預一餐揸車去aeon mall超市買食材。 > 早餐幫襯酒店附近的連鎖珈琲館 (Coffee Kan)，幾好。 > 整體十分推薦。”

“Everything is excellent. The room was nice and clean. I was impressed by the common area outside the bathing area on B1 where people could take a break and enjoy free drinks and snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful. ”

“房间里的淋浴极差，水极小，完全不热，温度开到最热也是一样。洗澡一定要去公共浴室。走廊没有暖气，房间里的厕所和浴室也没有，半夜上厕所冷死，早上起来洗漱冷死，需要在房里洗澡的人也是冷死。这样的价格这样的设施绝对没有下一次。日式旅馆住过很多，这个可以说是最差，除了服务人员热情，其他一无是处”
