“Room was very humid for some reason it was 75% humidity in the room ”

“Hotel was clean and bed was surprisingly comfortable. The issue was the staff the morning of checkout. I stood there for nearly ten minutes and when someone finally acknowledged me he just said out your keys there and you are free to go. I needed a receipt so his smug attitude wasn’t doing me any good. Great stay ruined by a single person. ”

“Great place! Clean! Room was perfect! Staff was great! HOWEVER!!!! No fault of the hotel, and no fault of the staff....but its a huge recreational sports area for youth sports. Kids running through the hotel, yelling, and the parents doing little about it! Great place! Clean! Great location to dining. Just not for us during outdoor sports season! Maybe we'll try again very late fall, or winter. ”

“The receptionist where great help and the kitchen staff as well. The housekeeping staff was okay. They didnt pick up the dirty towels or trash that we set aside for them for over 24 hrs. We had run into them for clean towels and they said we can leave the dirty ones outside our door for them to pick up, but it sat for over 24 hrs outside our door.”
