“The house is amazing, great views, location was perfect to go to surrounding areas! Only complaint we had were the beds as they were much too firm for our liking and we didn’t sleep well but it’s hard to accommodate everyone’s preferences… otherwise everything was perfect! ”

“Some of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty, one of the glasses had a chip on the rim. We put it behind the sink. There was mold in the downstairs shower.Other than these things everything was amazing!! We will definitely be back!!”

“My partner and I met in Colorado and have since moved out of state - we knew when it was time that we wanted to come back to the mountains to elope. Pines & Peaks was absolutely perfect! The view both from the house and the hot tub was immaculate. We kept commenting the whole time we were there that everything in the home was high quality and did not feel like any corners were cut as they can be for some rental properties. There is even a heated mat on the deck to get into the hot tub! The……

“This home was absolutely perfect for our family trip of 9 plus our furry friend. The owners were beyond communicative which made for a very easy check in process and I knew they were just one message away if we needed anything. You can tell they take pride in their home down from the beautiful decor to the immaculate condition of the home, indoor and out! The house has a true mountain feel while still being close to Denver. We say some young bucks grazing in grass in our yard and is a short……

“Fabulous view and location. Great for my girls group. Loved being able to hike the St. Mary's Glacier trail from the house. Beds were comfortable and towels were good quality and appeared to be new. Dishwasher worked well as did washer and dryer. Pots, pans, and silverware need to be replaced. The fridge does not have an icemaker and there were no ice cube trays when we were there. Any easy fix for the owner.”
