“We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans.”

“The location is convenient to transport and town but very peaceful. The rooms are simple but relaxing. They had coffee and tea available at all times.”

“Bad Japanese restaurant is a rip off and sushi is bad. Staff appear to be friendly but it’s all just pretense and are not as helpful as they claim to be. Breakfast isn’t great either. Took 20 mins for fried eggs to arrive and don’t even have sausage on the menu.”

“Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Das kleine Zimmer zur Strassenseite ist eher durchschnittlich. Die Lounge und das Restaurant haben eine super Aussicht mit den Panoramafenstern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”
