The area around the hotel has many bars, restaurants and is close to good shopping areas. The staff are polite, helpful and professional and had many good recommendations for places to eat and visit. “The hotel is near the metro station called 300 Aragveli. It is situated in a quiet district. The docoration is natural and beautiful. The staff are helpful and nice. They are willing to provide help and answer all the questions patiently. The room is clean and comfortable. Only one thing need to improve is the breakfast. Not much food and the taste is average. ”

“Who would have thought an old Soviet era Telegraph Office building could be transformed into such a stunning hotel property? They’ve really created the most beautiful public spaces, restaurants, rooms and service staff (which is rare in most of Georgia!) Great location, too - walking distance from the old town. Most amazing breakfast spread and one of the best meals we have ever had was at Laan Thai, their Asian restaurant. The only down side to this hotel is that you don’t ever want to leave……

“The stay experience is unremarkable as once we arrived have a friendly and warm welcome from the hotel staff. “Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Alles war wirklich klasse! Besonders der Frühstück war beeindruckend – ganz im europäischen Stil, was man in Georgien nicht allzu oft findet. Ein besonderes Lob auch für die Kaffeeautomaten – sogar viele 4- bis 5-Sterne-Hotels haben so etwas nicht. Das Spa und die Saunen waren ebenfalls auf sehr hohem Niveau – eine tolle Möglichkeit zum Entspannen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Fernseher im Zimmer sind ziemlich alt und haben keinen……

“This is one of the best hotels in Tbilisi: amazing staff, great breakfast with different options, nice terrace upstairs, close to everything and very comfortable beds. The staff members are very helpful. We parked our car for free at the small parking lot that is designated for the guests only. I would recommend this hotel for a long or short stay in Tbilisi.”
