“When we arrived there was a musty smell however my guess is from hurricane. Lots of things weathered but that’s expected. We needed outside plugin for golf cart however ended up running inside since all outside ones didn’t work. Overall it was an amazing view, beds comfy, had everything you coulld need. Would stay again. ”

The golf cart is an amazing feature as there are so many places to go to easily on the island - so convenient. “We recently stayed for spring break with our two boys, 8 & 11, and the place was perfectly for our whole family. The house is beautiful, and the layout worked well, with the boys each having their own room on the main living room level. The primary suite on the top floor had incredible views and we enjoyed the sound of crashing waves lulling us to sleep every night. It is also the perfect place for watching sunsets at night. The house had a number of beach chairs (6?) and an umbrella in good……

“This beach house is the best ever! I have rented in AMI several times and Bikinis and Martinis is the winner and will not disappoint. The island is healing well after the hurricanes and businesses and restaurants are beginning to open up. We plan on making this an annual trip as the house is extremely welcoming and with the game room you don’t need to leave home for fun and entertainment!”

“The location to the beach is wonderfully close! The pool was well taken care of, but don’t say you have a TV by the pool if it doesn’t work or a grill if it has no gas and doesn’t work. Don’t say to let you know if something is broken like the freezer door when according to reviews it has been for a while , . But a good time was had anyway👍 We love the area and have been there many times and this home had the best location👍 The Stouts”
