“Easy for us to get around in New Castle. Ladies at the front desk are efficient.”

“The hotel itself was decent. But we booked a room with two queen beds, the beds were full size not Queen size. We were basically told tough s*** at checkout. I won't be staying there again for that reason.”

“Easy check in. Gave us the wrong room initially but corrected it when we walked back in with our bags. Room was clean but had odd smell. Bed was hard and only had 2 pillows on each bed. Quiet setting but sounded like an elephant above us in early the next morning and woke up my friend. Key card entry into building didn’t seem to work and was just unlocked all the time. ”
