“We had a room advertised as accessible. In most ways it was exactly that. But, the bed was the highest I've ever seen. I'm 5' 9" talk, and my feet were at least 6 inches from the floor when I sat on that bed.”

Quiet setting but sounded like an elephant above us in early the next morning and woke up my friend. Key card entry into building didn’t seem to work and was just unlocked all the time. ”
