“Everything was fine in general except for theeal purchased in the bar, I ordered chick stack which literally was one piece of chicken, that's fine and usual in most places, one onion ring and the smallest amount of champ I've seen on a restaurant meal, two of the cheapest ingredients in the meal that could have made a big difference had they increased the portion of champ and maybe another one or two onion rings. I wouldn't even give it a one star for this reason.”
“Excellent accommodation. Wee perks of a hotel were included like towels, toiletries, water in the fridge, coffee etc but it was way better than a hotel due to the space and facilities, especially when travelling as a family. We were deciding between a hotel down the road and here, definitely made the right choice. ”
“Birthday getaway which was very relaxed at The Station House Hotel. Great location for easy walk into the Main Street and handy for Ballymacool Park, which is on the same side of town. The room was spacious and clean. Music from the function room kept my daughter awake, but it didn't disrupt my sleep either of the two nights we stayed. Perhaps something to consider if you're a light sleeper.”
