“The location of this property could not be better. The neighborhood and the proximity made to stay very worthwhile. That said, the air conditioning was not working, the washer and dryers were not working, and the air hockey in the rec room was not working. Not all the windows had screens in the sliding door to the deck also had a broken screen. With temperatures up to 97°F in the day, we needed to keep as many windows and doors open at night to have a reasonable temperature and lack of screens……

“Well maintained cabin with plenty of space for out party of 5. A little far (1hr drive) from Yosemite Village but manageable. We felt very comfortable during our 4 night stay. Only quibble would be the dated stovetop and oven. As there was no exhaust fan, broiling pork chops in the oven resulted in quite a bit of smoke (much of it from pre-existing grease and burnt bits already caked to the top oven)”

“Clean, comfortable property set amongst the trees. Loved waking up to the views of the forest. Unit is well-equipped -- the only issue is that the knives are dangerously dull. I'm hoping the owner will get these sharpened asap! Otherwise a wonderful stay!”

“We stayed at this property with our adult children during a family vacation. It was clean and comfortable, and it was great to be able to stay inside the park. A couple of things we weren’t aware of (these did not impact my rating, just FYI for others). The property is around 2000 ft higher than Yosemite Valley, which means more snow in winter/spring. We were unable to get one of our cars up the driveway during a late winter storm. It is steep and has a hole at the bottom, which made traction……

“This is our second time in Yosemite West and this house did not disappoint. There are three bedrooms with king beds, in one of those rooms there is also a twin bed plus a twin trundle bed underneath it, and there are four queen size pull out couches in the living room/game room. The kitchen had all of the cooking dishes and utencils needed and the location can’t be beat!”

“It looked brand new and was clean. It was not far from Yosemite and very simple to find. We were advised not to stream on the Wifi (though there was Netflix on the TV?). The driveway was a little steep, as are many in the area since it is a mountainous area. No personal touches or anything provided, other than some Folgers, but no complaints. Would stay again!”

“We found the place a bit dated, stair railing was shaky and balcony felt a little unsafe in places. But overall it worked well for our family. We had the space we needed. Big plus was clean bathrooms in each bedroom. One of the bedrooms needed better lighting and one bedroom badly needed the broken blinds in the door replaced. We slept well and ate well the time we were there. We spent most of our time down in the valley. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. A few tweaks would go a long……

“everything was great about the stay the only minor details was that one of the beds was broken or missing parts, so it wasn't very confortable and not a lot of pans to cook with you have to bring your own coffee and coffee pot because there is not any luckily, we brought our instant coffee and sugar and just boiled water old fashion which was fine with us no TV but there is wife over all i would give this place 5 stars we didn't spend a lot of time in the cabin we were out and about enjoying……
