“Wonderful location, hot tub, views and more. WiFi was weak, no booster to get the main house connection. Its all about the gorgeous views and property and we’d return.”

“What an awesome place to stay. Private retreat to soak in the granite tub and watch the sunset. Then laying on the patio furniture to star gaze. Highly recommend this place!”

“Hosts were really responsive whenever we had any questions and were really detailed with the initial messages to get us acquainted. Property was exactly as described. Quite and secluded which was what we had wanted. We did experience the “low tide” the hosts described and they were nice enough to give us some extra time before check out.”

“This homestead sits up on a little rise, giving a beautiful view of the sunset. So quiet with a lot of thoughtful amenities. Close to JTNP entrance and only about 8 minutes from downtown 29 Palms. Great experience.”

“Cozy, remote and quiet. Beautiful views of the sky and desert. It is a little buggie but it was manageable, it is a cabin after all. The outdoor seating was so nice to sky watch at night. “The property was exactly as the host described, and pictures were provided. It was quiet and secluded but still close to town, so we could get supplies and check out some of the local restaurants. The space was clean and fresh and properly equipped for all my kitchen needs. The well-stocked coffee bar was definitely needed. The hot tub was placed in just the right spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset, so it's definitely something worth checking out. The host was extremely communicative and……

The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dogs, and it was so nice to find a truly dog-friendly spot. The hot tub was a great bonus. Stargazing here was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. “Everything you need for a great time in joshua tree. Host is very sresponsive and kind. Clean. Caffeine and mustard if you forget to pick it up on the way in. Comfy beds. Beautiful view. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Joshua tree entrance. And fat boys albums on vinyl if you want to school your teens on the good ole days :). ”

“The only thing I would do different, would be to stay longer. The house was fantastic. It was fun, crazy, retro! The wife and daughter loved it! If you're looking for a 5 star hotel/room, this is not it. But, if you want to enjoy a stay like no other, this is a place to experience. The house is about 3/4 mile off the Hwy, down a rough dirt road....... so be prepared for that. Once you arrive at the house, you agree the short little trip on the dirt road is worth it! ”

“This was probably the best Vrbo we’ve stayed in. The house and property was amazing!”

“We couldn't stop thinking about our first visit here, and so made another trip just over a year later. We enjoyed the cabin as much if not more this time around, and hope to return yet again in the future. It's such a uniquely beautiful space that really makes the most of the incredible location. Service from the host is outstanding and makes a relaxing retreat as easy as can be. Highly recommended!”
