“Enjoyed it. Great place!”

“This cabin was exactly what I was looking for. It’s in “themiddleofnowhere” 1 1/2 mi down a sand rd off the main hwy in Landers. Here the desert is gridded with these rds, some more passable than others. Back in the day this was a homesteaded area where you got 5 acres and required to build a dwelling at least 400sq ft. This was one of those, I think. The outside looks a bit weather worn but the inside is as cute and functional as can be with everything you need. Know that it def is not the Ritz……

This time of year (late winter/early spring) Landers is super windy, but other than the weather doing its thing we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. “This is the perfect rental property for a visit to Joshua Tree National Park. It’s located literally adjacent to the park boundary, well away from the town center and all other houses (minus the owner’s house next door). As a result, it’s extremely quiet.
