“Easy to get in, comfortable and nice. Frank was very responsive on the app. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe, our car was full of our stuff while we move out east and it wasn't disturbed. Couple of very good restaurants nearby. FYI for frank/ray: the toilet and shower both had continuous leaks! Might be worth getting fixed up. ”

“This apartment is comfortably set up with all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. The location was perfect for going either to Joshua Tree or Mt San Jacinto or Palm Springs. “It was very clean, which I liked. Description said full kitchen but there is no oven. Normally I wouldn't care but I had planned to bake my husband a cake for his birthday. Otherwise, everything was good, but at night, it became very hot in the bedroom, which has a wall AC/heater. every time either kicks off, it knocks, and woke me up all night long all 4 nights ”

“This place was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I like to stay close to Palm springs and this was a perfect location. Very private with nice pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing. We got to see the sunrise and the sunset. The property manager/owner was a phone call away if we needed anything.
