“The Ocotillo was exactly what we were looking for when we visited Joshua Tree. It's a lovely, relaxing property very near the park. We enjoyed hiking the isolated desert around the house and never saw a single person. We all enjoyed the Jacuzzi and cowboy pool. Nights were especially lovely on the back porch. Highly recommend!”

“The house was a bit cramped for a family of five but we didn't book this place to be inside. It's an older house so don't expect modern day luxuries but the AC blows cold, the water pressure is great, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals and there are plenty of books to read if you're into that. Also, there's a great coffee spot (Mas o menos) right down the street which was a plus. Dale is accommodating and will give you a tour of the site during your check in. ……

“Very nice home. Pictures definitely do the property justice. It was a great location for day trips to Joshua Tree NP while being able to come back in the heat of the afternoon for the kids to swim. Loved the hammocks for star gazing. Will come back.”

“Super convenient to town but also in a quiet neighborhood. The house is cute as heck, and the 3 of us were never on top of one another. We saw partridges in the yard, cactus wrens, hummingbirds, and more. If we come back to JT, we will definitely aim for here again!”

“This property is the oasis in the desert. Rose and Mark are awesome and really make your stay unforgettable. From the front door, thru the house, and into the the backyard.
