“This was our 2nd time staying here. Weve always stayed beachside previously but decided to try a place on the river where we could kayak. The place is exactly as shown and very clean. We feel like it is a safe area also and ghe owner is very nice. We willbe back! ”

“The condo was just as advertised! Very clean, great decor and all the amenities you could want. Great view of the beach and pool. Can't beat the location, right on the beach but away from crowds. Great restaurants and orher activities either a short walk or drive away. Doug and Cathy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend this VRBO and hope to visit again!”

“we absolutely loved our stay! Loved sitting on the dock and watching the manatees. The birds are also absolutely lovely. We did see dolphins one day.… But the manatees were there every single day. We even had the opportunity to see them mating. We really enjoyed Cocoa Beach as well. Such a beautiful, clean beach, not very busy at all very few people and beautiful waves. The stand is soft and the water refreshing…..really nice to walk and swin in. We went to a spot where the parking was free and……
