“Nice clean condo. One thing we didn’t like is that there was no way to lock the sliding patio doors to the balcony! Although it is a second story condo unit.. it needs locks!Also we had trouble with the TVs! No service in any of the bedrooms! We also had trouble getting many channels in living room. Everything said you need a subscription. We also had trouble with hot water . Reach out but never heard back. All in all we had a great stay, but those things can be improved upon.”

“This was a great quiet place to stay for my two daughters, wife and myself. We were looking for somewhere to avoid the crowds of Panama City and Destin and this was exactly what we wanted. This is no way a knock on the property, but it does say it will sleep 8 and I think it would be crowded with more than 2 adults since there is one bathroom, but with two parents and up to 3 or 4 kids it is perfect. Everything for my family exceeded our expectations. ”

“We had a very nice stay. The condo is very clean and very welcoming. We loved that it was quiet there. We were there during week days, so that may have made a difference. The only problem that we had, was that the elevator would only go up. Not down. So that was inconvenient for us, since we are older and going down stairs is not as easy at it once was. I texted the property manager. I was told that they would inform the HOA, but it was never fixed, during our stay. It was a fun week,……

“We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful unit! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the view from the top two decks was incredible! While the sargassum on the beach was disappointing, we were so glad we chose this unit so we could see the ocean without having to deal with it too much. The gulf side pool was wonderful as well!”

“The condo was perfect for our family! It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything in the kitchen. There was a little problem with the AC, called the owner and they had someone out to fix it very quickly! ”

“If you don’t like crowds on the beach, this is the place to go. If you like nature, this is the place to go. Saw a bobcat on the boardwalk. The woods next to the condo was full of wildlife. Usually just four or five families on the beach. No crowds and no shenanigans. The condo was wonderful for our family of six adults, excuse me, seven adults and two kids. The only negative was the elevator, which was glitchy, but who cares. I took the stairs and it was good exercise I would definitely return.”

“This property is very well decorated and the cleanest property we have ever stayed at, and we've stayed at a lot of properties. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals in the condo, wifi is excellent for streaming and gaming. Tracy is the host and she is amazing! She gave us all kinds of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend this property and we will be returning. Thank you Tracy for making our vacation even better than we had planned!”
