“Overall, Had a good stay! Weather and water were perfect. Unit was clean and easy to access. Had a 1 year old with us and overall felt he was safe, brought a baby gate with us to put at the bottom of the stairs, which helped a lot. A few areas that could be improved: Floor needs to be replaced, several areas with damaged tiles. Couches need to be cleaned or replaced, kind of dirty and fabric was itchy. Beach chairs provided were very rusty and two of them broke from use while we were there.……

“Great location near the Trading Post (grocery) and shops. Location is great for a quiet stay right on the gulf. The unit could use some cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom, but overall it was nice stay! The views are great and you are steps from the beach. Further down the beach towards the state park is a bigger space on the beach, but perfect for a small group (just not a huge beachfront). The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances and necessities. Easy check in and……

“We had a wonderful stay, only issue was we couldn’t figure out how to get the shower in third floor bathroom to work, but it was fine we all just used second floor shower. My husband, myself & our two teen sons had a great time. Thank you!!”

“Beautiful condo - lots of living space. Comfortable for our family w small kids. Beds were comfy. Beautiful view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. It’s 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo, and open access to neighbors patio space. Would def stay again. ”
