“This property has all of the features we were looking for in our beach vacation. We are a large group and it is very hard to find properties on the beach that can accommodate all of us. This space had all of the room we needed and we were directly on the beach. Perfect for access and sunsets. In addition to the bedroom space, the dining and living space was big enough for us all to be together. We would definitely book again.”

“Check in was good though instructions on key access is via email Vs the VRBO app. They were immediately responsive with any questions we had and a minor a/c issue was addressed immediately. The large deck facing the inter coastal is wonderful. The sun rises from the left and I didn’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy it! (we were on the 6th floor),!! Beach access is literally a 3 minute walk max. 2 of the 4 beach chairs were good, but the other 2 were older and very low to the ground and……

“Beautiful beach location with amazing views. Very comfortable condo. We felt like we were at home! The condo is in a great spot on the beach. Most of the crowds were closer to the beach accesses.Walking distance for ice cream, Hurricane Eddies, and Keegan’s( all great!)Small souvenir shop across the street along with a beading studio (we took a class!)Owners stocked the condo nicely until we could make it to the store to buy groceries. Publix is expensive. We preferred the Walmart in Largo.……

“This house is awesome! Location was steps from the beach so it made coming in for lunch or naps for the babies so easy! We loved the outdoor space for lounging and enjoying the pool. The house was very well stocked and the amenities for the beach were abundant! My 2 fisherman even had poles ready for them to use. We had a few minor issues but Laura and Kevin were so helpful and responsive and took care of those issues quickly. We would definitely come back!”

“Where do I begin? Our stay was awesome. Casa Coquina is absolutely wonderful. The house was well supplied to help you get started on your vacation.
