“We are a 70’s something, senior couple. A bit beat up right now, cancer for me and cane for my wife. Forced to cancel our trip to IRB last year, we truly loved getting back this year. This property filled our needs perfectly. Convenient garage parking with elevator that we never had to wait for. A cart for moving luggage and groceries was also always available. “The condo was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Clearly the hosts put a lot of thought and care into their rental. Our kids loved the water park and it was a quick and easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend!”

“We had a great week. Location was perfect for walking to beach, restaurants, shopping and splash resort. Unit is supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and sand toys. One minor complaint is the cleaniness. I recommend doing a deep clean and moving furniture to dust and vacuum behind. The unit was very clean on the surface. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The condo and pool were nice. However, the elevator was out of service during our entire stay. After looking at prior reviews on Vacasa after we arrived, it looks like the elevator has been out of service for weeks, but the property manager had not told us in advance. The condo is at the top of four steep flights of stairs. Our grandma and our dog both had difficulty getting up and down the stairs to the unit. If there is anyone in your party who may have difficulty with stairs, would recommend……

“Very clean condo with the best view of the Gulf! Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. We enjoyed being able to have our dog with us too. We all enjoyed spending lots of time on the beachfront balcony.”

“Our unit was very well decorated, immaculate and the waterpark was a favorite of the children and us parents. The balcony overlooking the water was relaxing, comfortable and entertainging as we watched boaters dock their boats. Our unit had everything we needed, even the children wanted to stay!Walkable to the beach, restaraunts, parks. ”
