“We really enjoyed the condo, but were very disappointed that the pool wasn't open yet. They had told us they hoped it would be ready by then, but no such luck. I understand recovery from the hurricane, however, we were there for 12 days, overlooking the pool, surrounded by construction fencing, and only saw 1 person working on the pool 3 days. “This is our 2nd year staying in this building. Last year we stayed in a two bedroom. The location is perfect. About 15 miles from the airport, Clearwater or St. Pete. We prefer the less busy beaches and Indian Shores is a hidden gem we've fallen in love with. We had two teens on spring break who stayed upstairs. They loved it and had their own rooftop patio to lay out on. The spiral stairs were not easy to get a 50lb suitcase up but they did it. Also, you will climb a few flights of stairs……

“Easy booking, great communication. Preperry exactly as described. Great condition, well stocked with essentials, well organized, VERY clean, and reasonable, easy checout instructions and chore list. View is AMAZING! And well worth the price. Only downside is 5 floor walkup if elevator broken (which it was because of the hurricanes, which I expected when I booked so it didnt affect my rating). Some confusion on the parking space at checkin but communication was great and quick to resolve. ”

“The first thing to know is that the patio with view of the beach is amazing. We spent a lot of time gazing at the ocean and the waves. The condo is extremely clean, very nice for a couple or maybe 3 people. Everything was as advertised. Communication was perfect and timely. The location is great, walkable to a coffee and pastry shop in the AM. Very nice dinner choices close too. We didn’t use the pool but it appeared nice. Already thinking of coming back here next year!”

“We booked the little pink house, only to discover it acquired damage from the storm. Andi quickly asked if I wanted a refund, or to offer other locations. We wanted to see the sun, so we took her up on the offer. We stayed at her Indian rock shores location which included a pool.
