“The condo was great for a little get away. They provided almost everything you would need. Wish I had a view of the ocean from my room but it was not a far walk at al!”

Also most units are switching over from keys to keyless entry - just a minor hiccup or 2 with that. Overall, would recommend. ”

“This property needs updating, badly, and a deep clean. However, it was clean enough, the beds were comfortable with nice sheets, and as described (2 queens), and you can see the Gulf from the deck. The walk to the beach is literally one minute. And it's a beautiful beach, and not crowded and crazy like Clearwater or St. Pete Beach. “We spent a week here with our three children (ages 4, 5, and 8) for a beach getaway. Pros: -Beach access was so convenient! A short flight of stairs or elevator ride had us right on the beach! -Beach was quiet, family friendly, and we saw dolphins! -The unit had a closet with coolers, umbrellas, beach towels, and more! “Great rental!I could not print parking pass in my travels. It was not explained well there was ample quest parking. Need to have pass printed and waiting in room. Only complaint is property is right beside a bird rescue and it stunk of bird manure badly. That stink is bad. If wind is out of wrong direction you can't be on balcony. Nice rental. Thank you”
