“This is a great little house within steps of the beach in Indian Shores, Florida. All the amenities you could want and within easy walking distance of restaurants, stores, etc....would stay again. Brandie Myhre”

“Truly right on the beach. Could not be more perfect. The house is in need of updating but clean. The driveway was a bit stressful being very narrow, almost got stuck in sand and could only back out onto busy road. The town center is so cute and very close. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful condo, absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Excellent location right across the street from public beach access. The Salt Rock Grill was within walking distance and was the absolute best seafood dinner we had. Highly recommend! ”

“We booked the little pink house, only to discover it acquired damage from the storm. Andi quickly asked if I wanted a refund, or to offer other locations. We wanted to see the sun, so we took her up on the offer. We stayed at her Indian rock shores location which included a pool. The bed was comfy, pillows were so soft and nice.when the wind was to much to take on the beach (which was one block away) we would sit by the pool. There was a sitting area on the porch for shade during the mid-day……

“Small cottage right on the beach. Perfect size for one or two people. It is one of the very few single-story units left in that area that sit directly on the sand. Unit had everything you need for a great stay. Communication with owner was superb. Located close to a convenience store, bakery, and coffee shops. The beach is long, walkable, and gorgeous. Watch the sunset from the cottage or from the private beach. We would absolutely select this unit if we return there. ”

“This is a beautiful, updated upper unit of a beach house. Vintage feel but totally and tastefully updated. View of sunset from deck is exquisite. Beach in front is fairly quiet. Burk was an excellent host and even gave my husband a ride when we had car trouble! Great restaurants in the area. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!”
