We appreciated the provided beach chairs and pool/beach toys as well. We scheduled family photo shoot with a local photographer and she came to us. As an FYI, If you intend to prepare some of your meals while there, please note the kitchen is fully equipped with the tools and pots and pans etc. however, the ONLY thing in the cupboard is salt and……

Even when the weather did not cooperate, it was beautiful to sit and watch, play games, chat, and really connect! I loved this place! “Wonderful property literally steps from the beach. Despite being the 2nd property beach side, it's still like being right on the beach. There were many beach towels, 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella that we used every day. The design of the beach umbrella/tent was a very easy design to put up. Quick trips back to the house for a restroom break, a quick snack, or lunch. The elevator is helpful. Worked great upon arrival when hauling a lot but if you were a person with limited ability to do……

“This property is a .25 walk to the water. Plenty of space for eight people. Nice sized community areas and kitchen space. The three bathrooms are a godsend. Great stay!”

“Great place to stay. We love staying in these groups of condos. Pool is clean and warm, house is nice. Rooms/bathroom clean, kitchen and living area clean. The only thing we noticed was how creeky the stairs are and there is a dip in the hall way on main floor which took us by surprise. We would gladly stay here again!!!”

“The townhouse a wonderful place to stay on our visit to Indian Shores. We enjoyed watching the manatees and dolphins while sitting on the dock each morning. Jason was quick to respond to any and all questions. We will definitely stay again.”

“Beach days, pool time, water sports...all you need is more time to enjoy it all! Unit was clean, well appointed, kitchen extremely well stocked and many updates completed with more to come. Minor storm damage visible but did not affect stay. A few important notes: unit does not have its own set of exterior steps BUT is an end unit right next to steps (WIN). There are 2 each bikes, kayaks and SUP boards, 4 chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and more. Pool gets crowded and chairs are limited. Leslie……
