“The property is central to all IRB has to offer. The house was clean with many amenities (you could cook a full meal if you wanted). A/C worked great (though the temp didn’t get above 85 while we were there). Very comfortable bed and couch. This house has access to a washer and dryer; however, it is shared with two other “houses”. The other folks were using it for most of our time so we didn’t actually get to use it. Only concern was on most windows, the blinds do not cover all of the window,……

“Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house is right on the Intracoastal Waterway, a half-mile walk to the beach, and had everything that we needed. We would stay here again!”

“What a fabulous property! Sitting out by the water was heavenly. Owners left paddle boards, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a wagon. We had a blast making use of everything. I cannot overstate how peaceful and lovely this property is. So close to the busy beach, but right in front of the peaceful intracoastal. And we were there during spring break, so… Accommodations are homey and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here! We hope to return soon! ”

“The property looks nice in the photos and the location was great BUT check in was delayed ( not cleaned until 6 pm ) and we wasted a full day. Trip hazards throughout the property and house. 2 toilets and the shower backed up at the same time. Yuck!! Also, water was coming up from the floor in the bedrooms (under the windows and nowhere near the bathrooms) flooding the bedrooms as well. The blame game was on by the owner. ( it was not our fault, but rather faulty, aging pipes and a broken……

“Perfect house for me and my husband, along with three 13 yr old boys! We had plenty of space to spread out and really enjoyed the backyard. The boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and ending a day at the beach with a swim in the pool. The nearby playground and nature reserve were also a big plus! I felt comfortable letting the boys walk to nearby restaurants as there were many good ones within a short distance. We even brought our dog along and the backyard was perfect for him as well as a……

“We spent a couple weeks in the Bahai Paradise with family and it was perfect! it is a rare 4-bedroom home on the waterfront just a couple blocks walk to the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. The heated pool was great, and there are an abundance of amenities like pool and beach toys, wagons to transport umbrellas, equipment and toys to the beach. There are multiple kayaks, patio chairs, blow-ups, lounges, and umbrellas for fun and to make it pleasurable to just relax around the pool and pier. And the……

“I personably enjoy the offering of checking in early. The family enjoy the golf cart ride to the beach. Must rent the golf cart for easy parking access cus not a lot of visitors uses it. The house has plenty of space for the whole family. Everybody has something to do. Very nice home.”

“Needed a place to stay for granddaughter’s law school graduation at Stetson in Gulfport. We absolutely loved the house and the amazing location. The house was clean, roomy, and very comfortable.
