“It was our first time on the Clearwater area. We went for a weekend getaway to visit the Tarpon Springs town, which is only minutes away from this property. I recommend visiting this little town. It is beautiful. The Tampa area is also less than an hour away, so is a good central location. The neighborhood is quiet as well. ”

“We had a great time here and we LOVED the yard for our dogs. Staying at this property made it possible to travel with them which was a huge plus for us! Everything was clean and comfortable and a lot of it looked recently renovated. We appreciated having four bedrooms so all of us could fit comfortably. Would highly recommend!”

“Kim provided a great place for our short stay. It is a comfortable and clean space. Nice closed in back yard with a great view and privacy. Everything was in working order. Really appreciated the carport since it tained hard one of the days we were there and were able to stay dry from car to home. One heads up if you are going to plan on doing any cooking, the pots and pans are limited. I sm a seasoned traveler so I know to bring my favorite pan and knife. Thank you again Kim for a relaxing……

“We enjoyed our stay during Saint Pete Pride! It was only 14-18mins walk to the Park. 8 minute drive to the Central District which made the Uber cheap. Nearby shops and restaurants also walking distance. Our beds were super comfortable, with enough pillows and towels. Super clean place, will definitely try to book again for next year's pride. Thank you!”

“The place was perfect for 5 nights. Comfortable temp, even in this week's FL heat advisory. Roomy living area, comfortable bed/bedroom, & wonderful shower.The deck in back was nice, but with the heat and rain, I didn't get to enjoy it or the hammock. Host was quick to respond to all emails and is very polite.Absolutely excellent stay. I will be back!”
