“We rented this as two families with children aged 1-4. The listing is exactly as expected when we arrived, if not even better in person! The pool was wonderful, the house had all the amenities we needed (which made it very easy to pack and prepare for our trip!) and the location was awesome. Close to amenities like groceries (Publix) and many restaurants. It's also a very short drive from Indian Rocks Beach and "downtown" plus only 30 mins from Clearwater Beach and Downtown. “Property was as appears in listing photos. Loved the pool and pool toys that were there to use! Loved the cooler and beach chairs that we were able to use! Location-we were down the road from the store and shopping malls, not far from the beaches!!! Neighborhood was quiet, no issues, felt safe! Would deff rebook here!!”

“This listing promised a professionally cleaned, spotless home — but what we walked into told a very different story. There was visible dog hair in the bathroom corners, stained living room furniture, and throw blankets with cigarette burn holes. Both beds had small bugs crawling on them, which looked a lot like fleas. The bathtub, well let’s just say, I wouldn’t bathe my dog in it!The outdoor area wasn’t much better. The pool was full of ants and flies, and the grass was extremely overgrown.……

“We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was beautiful! I honestly picked this location for the pool table and private pool area. We brought friends with four little ones, so there was fun for the bigs with the pool table and littles with the private pool and hot tub. The layout of the home was multi versatile and everyone had room to gather for birthday cake or lounge and spread out. The home was clean and the host was the sweetest. Jan was super helpful and always quick to answer any questions we had about using things around the house. The property itself was very well kept and nice.
