“Easy to walk to the downtown area.. just a few blocks. Clean, neat and furnished cute. Each of the rooms appear to be unique. And the price is right! Would stay here again. :)”

“Cleanliness is always tops my list when staying away from home, and this place did not disappoint. It was spacious and very clean. Bedding and towels were white-white. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. It was nice, spacious, and close to the places we visited. Dani is very responsive with communication as well. Included parking is also a plus. ”

“The room itself was very clean and easy to access. Everything was within walking distance. (2 bars/restaurants, the pool, hottub, and the beach) The beach is nice but small, however, we liked that it was private and no one else was there but us. The only down side in our opinion is that the pool and hottub are closed after dawn. There is security onsite who enforce this. We were hoping to relax in it at night but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience. The water way behind the location we saw sea life……

“This is located close to the many downtown Tampa activities. The neighborhood is beautiful with varied architecture and lush landscape. This home is the 1st floor of a renovated 1940s house. The kitchen is equipped, the beds are comfortable and the shower has excellent water pressure and hot water. The neighborhood is quiet with respectful neighbors. We appreciated the off-street parking spot right in front of the house that was plenty for a full sized pick up truck. We will stay here again……

“I came in for a concert at Raymond James stadium. This property was perfect for my stay. I was able to walk to the stadium and got back before other people were able to get their car out of the parking lot. There are many restaurants in the area to choose from and walk to. The room itself was clean and had a fresh smell. ”
