“The condo was an easy 25min drive from PIE (which was smaller and much easier than past experiences at TPA). We enjoyed the options of pool and ocean at different times of the day and never found either too crowded. The Gulf was really warm and comfortable for swimming and playing in the waves. We appreciated the good quality beach towels, chairs (including the owners replacing 2 right away that we found were broken), and umbrella that were available for use in the condo (plus other beach toys).……

“Amazing little place! We stayed in unit 6 and you can't beat the view. Nice little closet to store your luggage. Had coffee maker and dishes. A 45 second walk down to the beach. They even have chairs and umbrellas you can take down there with you. There are lots of things to do around. Lots within walking distance. Only complaints would be the shower curtain. It blows in on you making it very difficult to shower and soaked the floor. A heavy plastic liner would fix that. You have laundry……

“Condo was absolutely the perfect fit for me and my 4 teenage girls. 3 Full bathrooms were a great bonus for a group of 5. The owner responded promptly to any of my questions and was so nice and helpful. The kayaks were a great bonus for a little extra fun and the location is wonderful. “Perfect location! It may be small but it’s perfect with so many thoughtful details. The ceiling fan remote went bad. Before contacting property manager we checked the drawer there was a replacement! “I would consider it more of a bungalow, as it is very small.Smelled a bit musty, so picked up some Lysol and that seemed to help. I think it may have been the sofa? We draped a blanket over it and with the Lysol was fine. We did not care to sit on the small balcony, as it abuts up to a business, so opening any of the blinds would have caused a definite privacy issue, as they and their guest could view right into the place. We did enjoy being close to the water and the restaurant right……

“Todo súper bien. Ese resort es muy completo muy cómodo, las instalaciones son excelentes. Lo único malo del apartamento 214 que me hospedé esta vez. Tenía chiripas y cucarachas y la cocina estaba sucia. Literalmente conecté la sanduchera y salieron chiripas. Mientras cocinaba salían una que otra. La verdad no pude ni cocinar. No limpian debajo del sofá cama. Cuando lo abrí para mis hijas habían cucarachas muertas en el piso. Y las gavetas de la cocina tenían restos de comida. Que lastima……

“We booked the little pink house, only to discover it acquired damage from the storm. Andi quickly asked if I wanted a refund, or to offer other locations. We wanted to see the sun, so we took her up on the offer. We stayed at her Indian rock shores location which included a pool. The bed was comfy, pillows were so soft and nice.when the wind was to much to take on the beach (which was one block away) we would sit by the pool.
