“On the plus side: great location, unit is as advertised (other than not having toaster), comfy bed, stable internet, nice shower, lovely pool, the other residents were very pleasant - and the property manager (Vacasa) was very responsive. Unfortunately, the unit was missing a few key items: hangers, measuring cups, a kettle, a dishwashing drying rack (there is no dishwasher) and a toaster. Also, the patio was unusable as it hasn't been maintained and there's no furniture on it. Lastly, we had……

“Had an amazing experience in this beautifully appointed condo! It had everything you need to enjoy your stay, from a well-stocked kitchen to beach chairs and toys. Beds were very comfortable and the location near the intracoastal was close to everything you need. We loved taking in sunsets at Indian Rocks beach and made good use of one of two pools in the complex. Thanks for sharing your property with us!”

“Communication was easy and accessable at all times. Excellent accommodations, including 2 fabulous pools, multiple grills, pickleball courts, tennis courts and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and beautiful views. This property was close and walkable to the beach, restaurants, and McGough park. As bicycle riders, we were able to explore many areas, from Largo to St. Petersburg via the Pinellas Trail and all of the communities along Gulf Blvd. Spacious enough to have family and friends……
