The owner/manager is very responsive and remedied any small needs we had. You should be confident in your rental of this home that you will get your monies worth!”

“Lots of entertainment gor kids and teens! Salt water pool, putting green, billiards table, theater room, board games, 5 Smart TVs and very close to I-10. Stores and restaurants are an easy drive from this place in Indio. 20-30 minutes to the Palm Spring highlights near by. This home is for sale as of now, so things may change some but I can't imagine they'd change too much. ”

“This is a great property for a larger group. It is spacious, but a bit dated. The furniture is sufficient and in good shape. It was super nice to have two refrigerators in the kitchen, especially if you have a large group. The beds were comfortable, and there was a good assortment of pillows. The outdoor area is fantastic and during the time we were here, it was very quiet.”

We were very comfortable for 8 adults, and we had plenty of space for 3-4 additional day visitors who stopped by to enjoy an intimate private chef dinner, brunch, and pool day with bbq over the July 4th weekend. The house and furnishing were comfortable; felt very welcoming and cozy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were also very comfortable and well designed with soap, shampoo, body wash, and plenty of plush towels - the primary bathroom is exceptional! The house is filled with any……
