“Room was so clean. I like the wooden floor it makes the room look elegant. Staff always cleaning the p-way and always available to render service. The hotel is walking distance to SM downtown and Harbor point. A lot of bars and restaurant around the area. Since you are situated in the middle of bars and resto expect loud music till 2 am. It can be heard inside your room but it’s tolerable. We will coming back. ”

“晚上六點辦理入住後，看到房間門口擺放一大堆垃圾沒清(還有很多蚊蟲)，想說出去吃飯完回來應該會處理好，但要出門時發現門關起來時，電子鎖沒辦法自動上鎖，服務員告知要用力關門才可以上鎖，確認鎖上後就去吃晚餐。 吃完回大概八點多回飯店時，發現地上的垃圾還在，馬上跟服務人員反應後才清理，誰知道進房後要將房門反鎖時，又沒辦法反鎖，反應後飯店維修人員在拿工具來維修。 修完之後想說去頂樓游泳，一下水發現泳池水面浮現出很多蚊蟲屍體，馬上起來沒在繼續游泳。 整個晚上一連串的問題，讓入住的心情變很糟。”

“就在沙灘旁，員工親切，餐飲豐富，市區搭藍色吉普尼，浴室只提供，香皂浴巾衛生紙，其它都要再付費，路口有7-11！”

“my room was called junior executive and yet there is no small fridge and kettle. You have to call reception for a floor mat. The drainage was terribly bad, the bathroom was flooded when having a shower. The chair needs upgrading though, i can see the foam already. For its price, there are better rooms than this. GOOD THING with this hotel, staffs are nice and accomodating, room is clean, and its location was perfect for my needs that is why despite of the bad things with this hotel, i still……
