“晚上六點辦理入住後，看到房間門口擺放一大堆垃圾沒清(還有很多蚊蟲)，想說出去吃飯完回來應該會處理好，但要出門時發現門關起來時，電子鎖沒辦法自動上鎖，服務員告知要用力關門才可以上鎖，確認鎖上後就去吃晚餐。 吃完回大概八點多回飯店時，發現地上的垃圾還在，馬上跟服務人員反應後才清理，誰知道進房後要將房門反鎖時，又沒辦法反鎖，反應後飯店維修人員在拿工具來維修。 修完之後想說去頂樓游泳，一下水發現泳池水面浮現出很多蚊蟲屍體，馬上起來沒在繼續游泳。 整個晚上一連串的問題，讓入住的心情變很糟。”

“The staff were friendly and always helpful although they should hire more staff. Staff should be checking rooms every other day for amenities. Breakfast was good though they should change the menu often. I don't like the flip-flops being retained. For hygenic purposes they should let the customers take it or have them replaced after each tenant's use.”

“Vincent Resort is a good place to stay. The pool is nice, and perfect for family gatherings. Their place is close to shopping places, the walking street, and SM. . The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The food was excellent and incredibly varied. The staff always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. They also have a shuttle if you want to go outside. They also offer services to the airports Manila and Clark.”

“Unbelievably great rooms. Location not bad also. Far away from the chaos of Walking Street. (Unless that’s your thing). Close to fast food options and a big two-stores cafe bakery with a 711 that you can really go and a Korean restaurant. But not immediately around so needs maybe 6-7 minutes of walking ”

“The Wild Orchid is a glimpse into the heyday of Angeles City. Well maintained, location is ideal relative to Red Street (former walking street). It is well maintained and staff is friendly, efficient and competent. A great place to stay and enjoy the many amenities. ”
