“We had a great time and the house was beautiful.”

“This place was perfect for my 30th birthday under the stars. We grilled out (the grill could have been cleaner but it worked great), enjoyed a backyard photoshoot, laid under the stars once it got dark. The place wasn't too far from Grand Lake where we rented a pontoon for an afternoon and we enjoyed the City Market was close by for last minute dinner prep items. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the homeowners/managers, was that the neighbors dogs were barking from literally 4PM……

“The house was true to its listing in every way. Location was excellent with extraordinary views (except from the hot tub). Kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d ever need. Only small bummer was the quiet hours - 9pm - 7am.”

“Easy check in with host, really enjoyed the house and the views of the mountains. Host warned us about fires burning and we could smell smoke one morning and there was lots of haze. Wonderful location. Big house with lots of room for all of us and liked the openness of it. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. ”

“Stunning house that exceeded our expectations! Our favorite things were the coffee bar (loved the selection!) and the patio. The kitchen lacked for nothing, and an extra bonus was the wide variety of spices. Parking was more than adequate plus use of the garage was nice. With our large party, the extra refrigerator was definitely needed. The work-at-home setups came in handy, too. The best part - the wildlife! We saw deer and a friendly fox almost every day!”
